Being qualified for Medicaid is not easy and only a certain group of those who meet the specifications are provided this type of insurance. Nationally, Medicaid is only available for only low-income families or individuals who fall into their state's brackets of low-income eligibility. Each state determines its own rules and qualifications for gaining Medicaid coverage. To find a drug treatment facility that accepts Medicaid as payment for treatment, the policy holder will need to contact their local Medicaid office in Washington and speak with a caseworker.
