Drug rehabilitation is sometimes a part of a criminal justice clients sentence for the crime they have committed. In order to get these individuals the treatment they need, there are some specific steps that need to be followed before they can enroll into a drug or alcohol rehab program. First, they need to determine if they are eligible for drug rehabilitation during their time in the Jamestown, Pennsylvania criminal justice system. Their case is evaluated by a panel who makes the decision if they are in need of rehabilitation and if so how much and what type is required.
