In order to provide these clients the treatment they need, there are a few specific steps that need to be followed before they can enroll into a recovery rehabilitation program. First, they need to find out if they are eligible for drug rehabilitation during their time in the Eugene, Oregon criminal justice system. Their case is reviewed by a panel who decides if they are in need of rehabilitation and if so how much and what type is necessary. Furthermore, when the client is screened for substance abuse problems, the client is also evaluated for mental health problems as well.
