Being eligible for Medicaid is not easy and only a select group of those who meet the qualifications are provided this form of insurance. Nationally, Medicaid is only available for only low-income families or individuals who fall into their state's brackets of eligibility. Each state determines its own rules of eligibility. To find a drug treatment center that accepts Medicaid as payment for treatment, the policy holder will need to contact their local Medicaid office in Counselor and speak with a caseworker.
