Drug treatment is sometimes a part of a criminal justice clients sentence for the crime they have committed. In order to provide these individuals the treatment they need, there are some specific steps that need to be followed before they can enroll into a drug or alcohol treatment program. First, they need to determine if they are eligible for drug treatment while involved in the Cordova, Alabama criminal justice system. Their case is evaluated by a panel who decides if they are in need of treatment and if so how much and what type is required.
