In order to get these individuals the treatment they need, there are a few specific steps that need to be followed before they can enroll into a recovery treatment program. First, they need to find out if they are eligible for drug rehabilitation during their time in the Atlanta, Georgia criminal justice system. Their case is evaluated by a panel who decides if they are in need of drug treatment services and if so how much and what type is needed.
